BVA is proud to be the most affordable, competitive club in WNY consistently placing teams in the top tier of our region and giving Seniors an opportunity EVERY year to play at all collegiate levels.
Who We Are:
BVA is a sanctioned WEVA regional club of USA Volleyball offering clinics and Jr Girls/Boys play. Our goal is to give players the opportunity to develop their fundamental volleyball skills while emphasizing teamwork, personal responsibility, and team camaraderie, while competing at high levels of play. The 2026-27 season is our 17th year as a USA Volleyball affiliated club, and we have consistently placed teams in the top tier of our region over this span. Our practice facilities are located in Hamburg, NY
About our Director and Coaches:
Directed since our beginning by John Crangle, experienced Head and Assistant coaches are assigned to support each team ranging in possible age groups from 14-18 year old teams. John Crangle has been an educator for almost 25 years and promotes educational athletics in the club's philosophy. He served two terms as our regions Girls Representative in USA Volleyball.
Coach Crangle is the all time win leader for Hamburg Girls Volleyball with multiple division and sectional titles after coming over from Ken West Boys Varsity.
We are a NON-PROFIT organization, and all coaches volunteer their time to better girls volleyball in Western New York.
Our Season Begins in December and concludes in April.
Costs Include Jersey(s), tee(s), club registration fees, practice times, coaches certifications and expenses, and tournament entry fees. Costs do not include travel expenses or any additional merchandise a player or family may choose to purchase.
2026-27 Costs will be approximately $925 per player. More info to come soon.
Teams will play in approximately 5 local and regional tournaments in WNY, PA, and Ohio
